1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DATAVLTZ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. DATAVLTZ is a prototype demonstration of a consumer-consented data exchange and is provided on an experimental basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use DATAVLTZ. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Your DATAVLTZ Vault
- You retain ownership of the data you choose to deposit into your vault.
- You grant DATAVLTZ a limited, revocable license to anonymize and aggregate that data for the sole purpose of facilitating consented marketplace transactions.
- You may toggle individual data streams on or off at any time. Revocation is honored on a forward-looking basis.
4. Micro-Royalties & Withdrawals
Royalty values displayed in the Platform are illustrative. A 0.4% network fee is applied to each purchase. Withdrawal availability, settlement timing, and minimum thresholds may change without notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting data you do not have the right to disclose.
- Attempting to re-identify anonymized cohorts or other users.
- Interfering with the integrity of the audit ledger or underlying infrastructure.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your active streams will be revoked and accrued balances forfeited if not withdrawn beforehand.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DATAVLTZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
