DATAVLTZ is built on the premise that personal data belongs to the person it describes. We collect the minimum necessary information and process it under a zero-knowledge model wherever technically feasible.
2. Information We Process
- Vault identifiers: an anonymous wallet address tied to your browser session.
- Stream metadata: the categories of data you have opted into, and their declared yield.
- Audit ledger entries: immutable, hashed records of consent toggles, deposits, and settlements.
- Deposited payloads: processed locally and uploaded only as encrypted, anonymized aggregates.
3. How We Use It
We use this information to operate your wallet, route royalties to your balance, and produce aggregate cohorts that enterprise buyers may license. We never sell raw, re-identifiable data.
4. Sharing & Disclosures
- Aggregate cohorts are shared only with buyers who execute a purchase through the marketplace.
- We may disclose information when compelled by valid legal process.
- We do not share data with advertisers, brokers, or affiliates outside the Platform.
5. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Vault contents are protected by zero-knowledge proofs and Row-Level Security policies. No system is perfectly secure; you participate at your own risk.
6. Your Rights
- Access & portability: you can export your wallet contents at any time.
- Revocation: toggle any stream off to halt forward-looking processing.
- Deletion: request removal of your vault by contacting support@datavltz.com.
7. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly process their data.
8. Updates
We will revise this policy as the Platform evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
